Experience
I worked at an Authentic Italian Restaurant in Marbella, Spain that was specialized in high end fish and special pastas, lasagnas and some pizzas . The same type in Madrid, Spain and in Valencia, Spain I worked at a Pizza restaurant that used wood fired ovens, what an experience, what energy, what heat! In Casablanca, Morocco I helped develop the flavors, aroma and ingredients for a Gelato (Italian Style Ice-cream) menu from scratch using local farm fresh ingredients. Love to cook things to perfection, as is very desirable with fish especially since it is a fragile fast cooking meat. I also barbecued for events and parties whole lambs to steaks and sausages and different cuts Spanish/Portuguese/Argentinian style, live pizza parties, gelato (ice cream) deserts, etc.
