I cook with many different style. I treat all the equipment in the kitchen as my friends that help me to achive my goal in life, which is cooking to enjoy myself and make the people around me happy.

More than 10 years in this field, I inherited that passion from my father who was also a chef. I worked in many different kitchens: French, Italian , Arabic and even Indian. I reached a level where I can infuse one kitchen into the other and create wonderful plates.
