I have learned how to properly cook foods from many countries and cultures. Some of my favourite cuisines would have to be Indian, Italian, Korean and Mexican. I specialize in pastry as well.

I've been in building on my culinary knowledge for 10+ years now. I've worked in restaurants, bakeries and a small batch ice cream company. I've catered to small parties on my own. I am a very talented cake artist, one of my passions is cake decorating. I am from the 2016 graduating class of Stratford Chefs School.
