I would describe my cooking style as New American/California cuisine, I focus on dishes that are driven by local and sustainable ingredients with an attention to seasonality.

I have been in the industry for 11 years and trained both in the savoury aspect of culinary arts and baking and pastry. Working as both a line cook and a pastry chef I know my way around various cuisines and cooking with dietary restrictions is not a problem for me. Having recently moving from the US and into Ontario’s melting pot of Toronto, I am excited to showcase the influence of cooking styles through my cooking.
