In all aspects of cooking, the ideal is to create memories. I strive to create food that touches the soul as well as the appetite. I love fresh ingredients and turning them into delicious dishes.

My experiences are varied, ranging from busy pubs to hotels all the way to fine dinning restaurants in the heart of the city. I'm originally from the eastern coast of Canada and have traveled across the country learning everything I could as I go. While my original training would be French cuisine, I have experience in Mediterranean, (East/West) coastal, Caribbean, Asian influenced cuisine. My passion for the culinary arts are only matched by my constant interest in expanding my repertoire in the kitchen.
