Worked in the busiest of resort restaurants as a sous chef, head chef, and line cook... Have done the impossible under extreme conditions!!!... I now work in the private sector as a chef for 7 wonderful people that I have the pleasure of making lunch and dinner for. I work 22 days on then take 12 off , it's a sweet gig for even sweeter people, but I do have time and energy to do more!!
