I travelled and worked around the world so my cuisine has a principal influence of Italy, Japan, China, Korean, French, Portugal, Poland. My style has a gourmet influence but also of street food and taste place. I like simple but with something fresh. I love to combine taste that can't imagine work together and combine in a unique explosion of flavour!

I'm an authentic Italian Chef form Milan. I call myself an atypical graduate cook because I have one graduation in New Technology of Art and one master degree in Cinema and Theatre. My dream would be to run a CinemaRestaurant where I can organize DinnerMovieNights, that is to say, gastronomic experiences that will combine theme menus with great old and modern cinema!
