I would describe my style of cuisine as local ingredient focused. With my background and experience I am to create many types of cuisines. I love to do custom menus with my client to help meet their needs.

Over the last 20 years I have worked at some of the best restaurants in Montreal (le club Chasse et pêche, le filet, Garde manger, satay brothers) to name a few. I have been running my catering company for the last 10 years and would love to bring my experices into your home.
