Classically french trained but specializing in bbq, smoked, jerked, soul food.

Started working in restaurant at 14. Started culinary school at 17. 3 programs and 4 years later, Im bouncing around as a sue chef at a few different restaurants in Ottawa got a chance to open a spot as head cheg. Played bartender for a few months. Catered a number biker BBQ rodeos and soul food dinners in the Ottawa and GTA. I got a job cooking on a ship for an international shipping company. Home now looking for a new challenge.
