I am a passionate hospitality professional with more than 20 years’ experience in FOH and BOH operations including Special Events, Fine Dining, Catering, Wine and Spirits, proficient at menu writing and costing. In addition to acquiring diplomas in Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary Management (from Niagara College, Niagara-on-the-lake, ON), I also have Food and Safety Handlers Certificate, Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits – Level 2, and Smart Serve.
