I love to create as I go. I'm inspired by my surroundings, the food and the company that surrounds me. I love cooking French & Italian style.

I am a proud born and raised Maritimer. Chef by trade; attended the Culinary Institute of Canada in 1999. After 20+ years working in restaurants across Canada (BOH & FOH), I started working with a few private catering companies in Calgary and now operate my own small business. I am also an espresso aficionado and have completed Wine & Spirits Education Level 2 certification. I currently reside on Vancouver Island. I enjoy a well made Sonoma Pinot Noir (preferably Kosta Browne 2009) & exploring the island with my daughter.
