Experience
I am a professional chef with 11 years of experience in the culinary world. I graduate in 2008 from the Greek Institute of culinary. Since then my passion for cooking has brought me to many different countries. In 2015 I had the chance to work as a private chef in the USA. That's when I realized this is what I am doing best. Recently (2018) I moved to Switzerland and currently I am working as the sous chef of the Japanese restaurant IKOO. I learn cooking in the culinary Institute of Greece, but working in places though the times is what gives you the experience and the knowledge youneed
