In my approach to cooking, it is all about keeping it real. I thrive on and try new things, mixing flavors, and experimenting with techniques. For me, cooking isn't just a job; it's a way to express myself and connect with others through my dishes. With a down-to-earth attitude and a genuine appreciation for every ingredient, I will continue to explore the culinary world, always eager to learn, grow, and share my passion with those around me.
Experience
Born with a love for good food and a thirst for knowledge, I set out on a culinary trip, during my years of training, that took me across continents and into the kitchens of some of the world's most vibrant culinary scenes.
Trained as a normal cook and specialized in Japanese and Nordic Cuisine, using the French basics. So far I worked in Copenhagen, Melbourne, Munich and Berlin. I worked and trained for amazing Chefs such as George Calombaris, Sune Rabec, Mike Lewis and Jordan Monkhouse .
