Having received a classic French culinary training in my early years, I describe my cooking style as modern French-Italian with an Asian twist. I am a modern, creative and independent chef. My unique style and dishes reflect exactly this: modernity, creativity and independence.
Experience
I am a European trained Chef with over 27 years international experience in the 4- and 5-star hotel market in Europe, USA and Asia. I have worked for leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Accor and Radisson.
My restaurant “Olive’s” was voted “Malaysia’s Best Restaurants” twice in a row in 2008 and 2009. “Creating Meals & Memories”, has been my simple philosophy in over 2 decades. For years I have helped many hotels not only to monitor but to decrease food cost significantly while maintaining a high quality product.
