French/Nordic. Good hearty food packed with flavour made with what the session has to offer. At the same time i am completly in love with both Indian and the middel easteren kitchen and I enjoy cooking both a lot!

I am trained at a Fish restaurant in Copenhagen and I have kept working in the city. Right now, i am the head chef at CPH Cooking Class and love it! On the side i have done private and public events the last 4 years aswell. I would therefore also like to do private classes, as thats my job and i enjoy it!
