My style is faithful to my personality. Canadian born with Italian roots, I simply enjoy good food. It is in my gene! Along my adventure I've managed to define my style by mixing the Mediterranean gastronomy with a touch of Canadian flavour. The result? Flavour, flavour and more flavour. It is not the complexity of a recipe that will guaranty its success but the passion behind the flavours that are transmitted to the guest. Creating a special moment where my guests gather around the table, make a pause in their busy schedules, and truly enjoy the moment is definitely my drive. It makes me feel alive and satisfied with my talent.

Cooking has always been part of my essence. In 2008, I was able to confirm my talent with the grand opening of my restaurant. It was during that period that my talent grew stronger and by the meantime, I discovered my style. After four years of complete dedication with this beautiful project, I decided to change my format with which I shared my recipes by collaborating with a multinational super market doing my personalized Show Cooking. It gave me the opportunity to travel all over Spain and push my creativity in a different direction. Last year, I continued to push myself by becoming a private chef. Simply magical to see my guests having a memorable time enjoying the flavours of my cuisine and the global experience around the table in their intimate surrounding. Very gratifying!
