I have been a chef for 12 years and been a head chef for 7. I have worked in a wide variety of catering venues ranging from Rolls Royce private dining to owning my own hog roast company I am also head chef for Williams Hospitality doing a number of race series including the World Rally Championship and the British Touring Cars
