Cooking style
My cooking style developed a lot in the past years, I definitely draw a lot of attention to details and creativity, i would describe my food as adventures (in a good way :) ! ) Having worked at Vanilla Black, it was there where I found my passion in vegetarian and vegan food and I decided to make it my passion to cook amazing food that will even impress and blow the minds of meat eaters away. That said i am able to cook meat and fish as well, its just a preference of passion. My style is more fine dining and an adventure for eye and mouth

Trained in Germany in a michelin stared restaurant in a 5 star hotel, attempting the school for the elite chefs, I am working as a chef for over 6 years now. I have been head chef in a small Mediterranean fine dining restaurant back in Germany. I moved to London 2 years ago and started as sous chef at Vanillla Black London's only fine dining vegetarian and vegan restaurant
