What I really want to do is to stay in the kitchen which is my rein and create mouth watering menus designed according to the seasons, to the clients preferences and for those that need special diets or restrictions, I can cook delicious food for those who want to surprise partner for an intimate event or for singles who don't know where to start, it is a great pleasure to do it for all of them. My meals are absolutely scrumptious, I can cook anything from familiar comfort food, to fabulous picnic lunches, to mouth-watering gourmet five-course dinners, using only natural ingredients and avoiding anything heavy or containing a high fat content. I dislike using any ready-made or processed food I can create all dish from scratch. I am really passionate about food, confident at cooking, paying attention on client needs.

I cook to seduce myself and then for those around me. The seduction is beauty, and in the case of food, means eat it first with eyes. Sometimes what we love at first sight does not mean it's good or excellent quality but we enjoy its beauty and how it is represented and if we can not own it, in us remains the picture of beauty and feeling that it gave us in that time (for example the pastry or chocolate shops).
