I have worked in Italy through my college years in a 5 star hotel. There I was working hard and my passion grew for Italian cuisine. I have since worked in America and combined my love of foods from a far. I now work in an Italian restaurant in Norwich and have since entered competitions and worked my way up the kitchen ladder.
