I come from an Italian family of restaurateurs/caterers, where I am the fourth generation. After my studies at college I worked between Europe and Africa in 12 countries, former Chef in one, three Michelin stars and Former Head Chef in Downing Street. I have founded a catering company in the center of London for two years, in which with my team we organize Private Dinners, Corporate Events, Weddings, plus I have established partnerships with various companies, one above all Pasta Evangelist where in addition to collaborating in their events I teach how to make Homemade Pasta.
