Chef Martin was born in the beautiful Cotswolds, England. He holds a diploma from Oxford University in graphics arts. After graduating, Martin discovered a love for cooking food. His new passion took him to some of the most established kitchens, where he quickly developed skills in all things culinary. Martin yearned to extend his knowledge. He travelled to the south of France, to train with in the art of Charcuterie and Butchery. Martin has been a team member in some of the best restaurants in Europe, as well as Five Diamond restaurants in Canada. His talent has led him to the personal kitchens of our Former Prime Minister the honourable Jean Chrétien and his extended family in Quebec. My first language is English, I am also able to communicate in French, as I lived in Quebec for more than ten years.
