My cuisine is a creative cuisine inspired by tradition Italian cooking but sometimes I like to combine my knowledge of Italian with other worlds cuisine. I use fresh seasonal products that respect the territory in witch they are. I also specialize in vegan, vegetarian and gluten free cuisine . I love to play with colors and I give a good importance to plating. Even the eye want it’s part ( Italian taglione )

I’ve started my work career in 2007 In a five star hotel then I improve my kitchen skill working in fine dining restaurant around the world, the experience in San Francisco inspired me to start my career as a private chef that I’ve been following for 3 years now.
