Focus on seasonal ingredients and a simple and thoughtful approach to making delicious food. I have a classical Italian and French cooking background so I take a refined and technical approach to every style of cooking.

I am professional chef with over 15 years experience, I grew up in the small country town in the Italian peninsula , picking vegetables from our mom garden . After graduated I have moved to England, Michelin star restaurant, than back to Italy increasing the Italian cookery knowledge working as Chef Instructor in cookery school. For the last 10 years I leaved and improve personal skills in Australia, Greece, Canada and Ireland working for a while in a Michelin star restaurant in Dublin as chef de partie position. Working with people from all over the world and being well travelled helped me perfect creativity in my menus.
