Cooking is a truly joyful experience and creative outlet for me.

I have a very rustic, farm to table style. I do a lot of harvest tables and family style dining, and I am experienced in individually plated meals. Interesting salads and something a little bit different peak my interest, and I enjoy a good challenge.

I have a long background in the Restaurant Industry and love providing an intimate meal experience for my clients, as opposed to large scale catering and restaurants. I enjoy tailor making menus with clients beforehand, sourcing good quality fresh produce and creating beautiful dishes that are a taste sensation.
