I have over 25 years experience in the catering industry , spanning from hotels, fine dining restaurants, quaint cafes and private catering functions, where I have prepared food for small and large groups ,anything from christenings to weddings. I have a professional chef diploma from L.I.T and graduated from G.M.I.T with a degree in advanced culinary arts. I am an organized and tidy chef and will leave your kitchen nice and clean .
