Erez is committed to support local producers & farmers that meets his demands for interesting menu, well defined as a combination of French cuisine with international inspiration, yields a large variety in menu choices. Private Chef Erez is entertaining for a fine dining experience in the greater Tel Aviv area, offering modern Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine. To offer his guests the best dining experience possible he offers a set menu and encourage his guests a pre-selecting wine menu. Guests choose between 10-15 courses menus. Each guest gets a printed menu during dinner which is personally signed by the chef at the end of the meal to be given as a present to each guest. Erez offers a unique and special service that combines a frontal cooking chef, familial hospitality, high quality foods, just full enjoyment.
