We are Agnese and Alessia. Agnese has been a cook in restaurants in Versilia for 15 years and has a passion for cooking, researching Ingredients and selecting flavors. Alessia loves conviviality and home cooking. Preserves and garden produce are her inspiration for everyday work. We love to prepare food with raw materials typical of our area, whether it is fish, meat or the vegetables from our gardens. Our greatest enjoyment is setting the table and cooking for new people and making new acquaintances. These experiences have introduced us to so many people who we still hear from and contact all over the world!
