HI! I'm Andrea and since I was a kid the scents that came out of the kitchen at home attracted me like a magnet. That simple mmm that's good turned into a real passion: cooking, experimenting and, above all, making people happy with my dishes. As a person, I like to think that I am curious (sometimes too much, they say!), empathetic and with an eye always attentive to detail. I believe in the value of simple things: a sincere smile, a chat with a glass of wine or a sunset that makes you want to say wow. I love conviviality, animals, being outdoors and everything that inspires me to create something special for those around me. As a chef, however, I define myself as a bit of a mix between tradition and innovation: on the one hand I respect my grandmother Lola's recipes, on the other I can't resist giving them a personal twist. Every dish I prepare has a secret ingredient (the heart), because for me cooking is not just food, but it is an experience, a way to tell a story and make people feel at home, wherever they are. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that cooking is not just a passion, but a way of sharing emotions... and that with a good dish, everything seems better!
