I am a self made chef:, I started cooking with my grandma (born in Macerata—Italy) at the age of 10. She had an Italian restaurant and guest house and taught me everything she knew about home-made pasta and Italian dishes: So I became passionate about cooking and spent the my life since 1997 through kitchens around Italy and the world until I opened my own restaurant in 2006 .Now I'm specilaised in catering, banqueting, and bespoke events.
