Asian cooking. I am born in Indonesia and have Chinese root, so a lot of influence from those cultures. But I spent a year living with an African (Senegalese) family in Luxembourg, so I also got to learn some African cooking.

A weekly personal chef for nearly 2 years. Usually cook big portions of 4-5 menus for the customers to eat for a week.
