Cooking style
I strive to make my food visually appealing without being pretentious. I focus on the quality and freshness of ingredients as well as where they come from. Whenever possible, I like to visit the small farms and ranches to pick my own produce, or buy fresh organic eggs. I am lucky to live on the Sea of Cortez, where I can take advantage of all the fresh seafood we have available year round. I take pride in making many of my own ingredients from scratch instead of buying it in a jar. I have a lot of experience with Keto cuisine for those that may need it. Many of my dishes can be adapted to dietary needs. I love to cook Mexican foods both traditional and fusion. But I am open to other options based on availability.
Experience
Aside from a degree in culinary arts, I have been cooking professionally and personally for over 25 years. I've been a chef in small cafes, large hotels, natural grocery stores, large catering events, small private dinners, weekly meal preps, and classes for adults and kids.
