With over 4years cognitive and field experience in the food industry and professional chefs diploma in cuisine from Red dish chronicles, I have constantly developed innovative ideas to make life stress free for a whole lot of my clients while also treating them to pleasant culinary experience because for me, cooking is not just about pouring salt and pepper to food or following recipes. It is more about listening to and understanding what a client wants, transform emotions through a dish and showing that I am versed in the various cooking techniques, open minded and constantly aiming and working towards giving my clients the best service right from the planning, prepping and execution of a meal. I have catered for a former Vice President (Nigeria), a private aircraft, the family of a Major General and quite a number of private dining clients both in Abuja and Lagos before now moving to my hometown (Osun) with the hopes of building a cohesive team here that would constantly aim to meet my people's evolving culinary needs; from private dining, to soup bowls, to event caterings and culinary training
