My cooking style is a fusion of classic French, Asian, Caribbean and Italian. Love to explore the combination of different culinary flavours.

For the past 25 years I've been working in restaurants all over the world from the Netherlands to the Caribbean. From simple bbq shacks to private chef in villa's and a private yacht. I've even been so fortunate to cook a private lunch for the king and queen of the Netherlands.
