I prioritize fresh, seasonal ingredients and love to experiment with global flavors, resulting in dishes that are both innovative and delicious.
Experience
Over the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of working as a professional chef in six different countries: France, Ireland, La Réunion, Sweden, Spain, the UK, and Norway. I cooked for the president of Ireland Michael D. Higgins twice during my stay and recieved compliments.This journey has been nothing short of transformative. Each country has contributed to my culinary repertoire, enriching me with diverse flavors, techniques, and cultural insights.
In France, I learned the art of precision and finesse, mastering classic French cuisine in bustling Parisian kitchens. Ireland introduced me to hearty stews and rustic charm, while La Réunion awakened my senses to the vibrant spices and flavors of Creole cuisine.
Sweden taught me the importance of simplicity and sustainability, while Spain ignited my passion for tapas and bold Mediterranean flavors. The UK broadened my horizons with its multicultural culinary scene, and Norway offered a fresh perspective on utilizing local, seasonal ingredients.
