27 years in the industry most of it behind the sence as a chef. I have run kitchens around New Zealand, dining rooms catering to 180 guests. Waiting table is an awesome experience and showed me another side to where my food ended up, i have a very relaxed mannor and love working with passionate proffessional people. I have done every thing from chefing, silver service. making espresso and serving in the bar. Currently i own a cafe on the north shore, one of many i have owned over the past 20 years, always learning . Love it.
