My style is very open and creative. Inspired by rustic home cooking. Say Jamie Oliver. However over the years I have developed a great skill in achieving what people want. Weather it be fine dining or healthy and raw dishes. I have done a lot of different styles and requirements. And I enjoy the challenge to achieve satisfaction from my customers.

I have been working for 15 years in the hospitality industry. Mainly as a chef, but have waited, bar tended and hosted. My career has taken me from NZ to the UK and France. I Have experienced many culture and flavours and have an ability to deliver to any customers needs.
