For me, cooking is... a travel on its own because you are brought to different places by the flavors in the dish. It is natural and innate but can be honed and practiced. I learned to cook at... home when I was 8 years old because we just have to make our own meals. We were raised independently and very thankful for my parents. A role model in the kitchen is... Let's say all of my colleagues were my role models. Although I have a few famous personalities in mind, I will tell more about them we meet personally A cooking secret... I love the beach & mountain During this sudden change in the new normal, the school setting changed as well and I cannot teach at the college I am currently employed. I was a seafarer in a commercial cruise line and experienced a lot of culinary travels around the world. I am currently a teacher at a college in Quezon City & a student at Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo at the same time. I use my motorcycle to go places. Mountain biking is my sport and I enjoy Timberland like it is literally our own backyard. I love the beach & mountains so much and we are blessed to be here in the Philippines among the best sites in the world.
