For the past 18 years I have worked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK, from starting at 'Marco' by Marco Pierre White, Chelsea, London to Yorkshire's most famous Michelin starred restaurant 'The Box Tree' in Ilkley. My complete love for food drove me to open my own award-winning tapas restaurants in Yorkshire. Simon sharpened his craft working alongside chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Simon Gueller & Anthony Flynn.
