Food crafted as the masterpiece of artwork. Each proposition of great Thai cuisine, elevated to that of fine dining makes me anxious, excited always. Food is the art and the heart to create and enjoy real delicious food. Developing beauty eating is always challenged and to improve yourself.

My inspiration is to make people smile on their first bite and to give them an enjoyable experience that is healthy inside and out. I started out by developing a passion for creating new healthy dishes more than 2 years proves my believe food is not only a meal but a culinary of art. The whole process of constructing something new and healthy, taking my inspiration from all over the world; especially my national puristic Thai cuisine. There is no greater feeling then being part of the entire process and seeing your creation come to fruition and then receiving such an amazing response and feedback from my broad base of clients. This is what really drew me to the world of food, and to be a Chef. It’s a very hands-on tangible thing to create food and be able to taste your creation and share it with other people. The wonderful feedback I receive with their enjoyable experience, as well as being healthy rewards and drives me to keep studying new herbs, flavors and textures to put together a little work of art for people to devour and enjoy. Although the joy is also fleeting until you do it again. I believe even someone who may have clinical restriction on food is able to enjoy nice food and can eat food as medicine too... this is what keeps me going as a Chef. This is my inspiration.
