I have been cooking and managing restaurants since I was 17. I have done everything from fast food to family style, and even dabbled in a little molecular gastronomy. I have 4 years of experience as a private/personal chef. Special Diets are something I am willing to work with. I also have several years of experience in cake decorating. In-home cooking classes and parties are available.
