I have broad knowledge of different kinds of cuisine but the most important thing is that I cook with passion, not as a job.

I have been working in the food industry for 16 years in San Francisco, specially focusing on French and Spanish cuisine as well American bistro working with seasonal and organic ingredients. I bake my own bread and make my own pasta from scratch. I love food and pleasing people.
