Bump Up

I am a sweet and spicy chef in my style. I lean toward heat followed by a natural sweetness to mellow out the pallet. I do have my acid and bitters to balance out the meal but tend to lean toward sweet and spicy. I use chafers for my events mostly but have done plated events as well.

I have developed a unique flavor and technique based on my pass career path I took that includes; Disney, Omni, Ritz-Carlton, and from scratch restaurants. Including retirement luxury centers, and cooperate dining. My main focus was events and banquets but as of late have been doing fine dining plated meals here in Dallas TX.
