Cooking style
I like to use local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. My cuisine is New American with influence from California, Italy, Mexico and around the world. I cook very fresh and vibrant with a vegetable forward approach. My personal approach to your menu is rustic, leaving the ingredients to speak for themselves with refined technique.
Experience
I have 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. I developed my skills as a chef in many restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. In Sonoma County I got my start in an artisan bakery, mixing and baking amazing sourdough breads. I worked my way through the restaurant industry with stops at Della Fattoria in Petaluma, CA and Zero Zero in San Francisco, CA. Most recently I was the executive chef of 20 Spot in San Francisco. I am now working in Aspen as your next private chef. I focus on organic seasonal produce with grass fed meats and wild sustainable sea foods in.
