From modern to classic, tasting menu to small plates to family style meals, pairings with wine, beer or cocktails I am looking to work closely with my client to cater to their personal tastes and needs.

20 years of professional restaurant experience in many different styles of cuisine. I am currently working as Chef de Cuisine in a Modern American fine-dining restaurant in Baltimore.
