Chef Sean grew up moving all over the world, nurturing an appreciation and interest in cuisine as a child. After living in Korea, Italy, and the American south, Sean moved to California to attend school at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, where he developed his love of food, hospitality, and creativity even further. After working everywhere from farmers markets to Michelin-starred restaurants, Sean draws inspiration from the beauty of wine country – the rocky coasts with fresh seafood, the rich harvests of heirloom vegetables, artisinal meats and cheeses, and of course, anything to do do with grapevines and wine. Chef Sean warmly welcomes you to California and looks forward to serving you with the best of what this beautiful land has to offer.
