I am known for my refined, globally influenced comfort food that nourishes the body and soul. I am particularly focused on seasonal, community sourced ingredients that are produced organically and sustainbly. I also love charcuterie, cheese, and the occasional bit of foie gras.

I am a college grad that had a change of heart--professionally trained & worked in many of Boston's best restaurants under renowned chefs including James Beard award winners Gordon Hamersley, Jamie Bissonnette, and Jeremy Sewall.
