My cooking style is clean, straight forward flavors with a twist of Asian influence but I can cook anything you like just list me a few ingredients you love and I can create a dish that you would die for.

I go by Eddie, I have worked in some of the best restaurants in New York City for 5 years. Shortly after moving to Philadelphia, I was contacted for a personal chef position for an iron chef base out of Philadelphia for 2 years. Now I find myself in Boston, I am currently working at Townsmen, one of the top-rated restaurants in the North East!
