This was my first experience of having a chef prepare and cook food for us within a Chalet in Breckenridge. The site was easy to use. I was very quickly in touch with Eileen, who offered several suggestions for a birthday meal. She kept in touch with me frequently and dietary issues we sorted without fuss. On the evening she arrived on time and assisted by Mike cooked for us. There were 14 of us who had a three course Mexican themed meal which was excellent. A thoughtful touch was a 50 candle on the cake for dessert. We could not fault anything so if you are using Eileen have confidence you will have a great evening with excellent food.

Chef Eileen was wonderful to work with. I was surprising my husband and young son, who share a birthday, with a special family dinner while we were on vacation. Chef Eileen was professional, friendly, and asked many detailed questions so she could prepare the perfect meal that every person at the table (8 of us) thoroughly enjoyed. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the place settings, to the personal service, to the actual meal, and then clean up, we didn’t lift a finger. We will definitely use her again and I highly recommend her services.

Eileen is not just a great chef, she is an easy person to talk to and learn from. Eileen cooked and served a wonderful 3 course meal with an Asian theme. We worked the menu together, but mostly I wanted Eileens inspiration and I am glad I did. From an asian salad to slow cooked braised ribs to the veggies it was great. However, my favorite was the coconut meringues with 5 spice pastry. Thank you Eileen!
