Well, since my family is mainly from Louisiana, I would have to say that I love to use a lot of spices and flavors.

Been working in the culinary field for a little over 14 years now, and now wanting to get into personal chef work. This will allow me the freedom to cook many different styles, as well as get to know the people that I am creating dishes for.
